The Hindu Canadian community has produced leaders worth naming - people who have built organizations, opened doors, and delivered results that will outlast them.
The Dharma Icon Awards exist to put those achievements on the record.

Celebrating Leaders in the Community
This award recognizes Hindu Canadians whose leadership has produced something lasting. The organizations they founded are still running. The programs they built are still serving people. The doors they opened are still open for those who came after them.
If someone you know has put years into this community and there is something standing because of it, nominate them.
Celebrating Youth in the Community
This award recognizes young Hindu Canadians who are not waiting for permission. They have launched initiatives, earned academic distinction, excelled in sports or the arts, made their mark early in their careers, or led at school and university.
If you know someone aged 15 to 30 who is excelling and carrying this community with them, nominate them.
Celebrating HSC Chapters
This award recognizes the HSC chapter with the strongest year on record: events delivered, students reached, advocacy won, membership grown.
A chapter is not judged on how long it has existed but on what it accomplished over the past twelve months - the programming it ran, the ground it held on campus, and the students it brought into Hindu community life who were not there before.
